    If you're unsatisfied or need to cancel for any reason, please notify us within "the first 14 days" for a full refund. Beyond this period, we can discuss prorating or pausing your package depending on the situation.

    Check-ins are conducted "weekly" or "bi-weekly" depending on chosen package. They are essential to track your progress and make necessary adjustments. Depending on your preference, they can be done via our platform, phone calls, or video chats.
